History of Rower's Bay Park
Developed by the National Parks Board and opened in 2021 as part of Phase 1 of the Round Island Route, Rower's Bay Park transformed a former disturbed site on the eastern bank of Lower Seletar Reservoir into a wetland park. The project restored wetland habitat, improved biodiversity, and enhanced public access to the reservoir near the former Seletar Camp and Seletar Aerospace area.
