Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the public Hello Next Trip website, including destination guides, attraction information, maps, search tools and itinerary ideas. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you browse, search, apply filters or contact us by email.

Searches and filters are used to show results while you browse. This website does not save filters applied on a listing page in cookies or local storage, so they are cleared when you reload or leave that page.

02 - THE WEBSITE

What Hello Next Trip provides

Hello Next Trip provides public travel information, including places to explore, attraction guides, practical visitor details where available, map links and self-guided itinerary ideas. Itineraries are suggested routes, not fixed schedules.

The public website is an information and planning resource. It does not currently provide user accounts, take bookings or payments, or arrange transport, accommodation or admission on your behalf. You make those arrangements directly with the relevant provider. Mentioning an attraction or including it in an itinerary does not reserve a place or guarantee access.

03 - TRAVEL INFORMATION

Check important details before you travel

Opening hours, fees, access rules, transport, safety conditions, weather, seasonal closures and facilities can change without notice. Before you travel, buy a ticket or make a reservation, confirm important details directly with the attraction, operator, transport provider or relevant public authority.

Suggested routes, travel times and visit durations are planning guidance, not a promise that every stop will be accessible or suitable for you. Consider your own mobility, experience, available time and current local conditions. An omitted fee, restriction or facility does not mean that entry is free, unrestricted or accessible.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary tickets, permits and travel documents, and for following local laws and site-specific safety instructions. Our guides do not replace advice from local authorities, qualified professionals or emergency services.

Use the website lawfully and responsibly

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, interfere with it or bypass security measures.

Rights in the website’s branding, design, original text and software belong to Hello Next Trip or the relevant rights holders. The website includes external links and embedded services, such as maps. Their operators are responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices and availability. A link or listing does not mean that Hello Next Trip guarantees the provider or its services.

If you buy tickets, book accommodation or use another service after following a link, your arrangement is with that provider under its terms. Questions about fulfilment, cancellations or refunds should be directed to that provider. App-store downloads and services offered through a separate app or partner platform may also have additional terms.
