Kala Academy
Kala Academy is a prominent government-funded cultural centre located in Campal, Panaji, Goa. Established on February 28, 1970, it serves as the apex body for promoting music, dance, drama, and fine arts in the state. Designed by renowned architect Charles Correa with murals by Mario Miranda, the complex features red laterite construction and integrates indoor and outdoor spaces. It houses auditoriums, an art gallery, library, and educational departments, functioning as a primary venue for performances and artistic training.
