Arts Centre Melbourne

Arts Centre Melbourne is Victoria's largest performing arts complex located at 100 St Kilda Road in Southbank, Melbourne, on the Yarra River. Opened in stages between 1982 and 1984, it comprises Hamer Hall, the State Theatre, Playhouse and Fairfax Studio beneath its distinctive spire. It hosts opera, ballet, theatre and concerts and houses the free Australian Music Vault, making it a central cultural landmark for visitors to Melbourne's arts precinct.
