Nainital Lake
Nainital Lake is a natural freshwater body situated amidst the town of Nainital in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Tectonic in origin and crescent-shaped, it is surrounded by seven hills and serves as the central attraction of this popular hill station. The lake holds significant mythological importance as one of the 64 Shakti Peeths and offers activities such as boating, yachting, and scenic walks along the Mall Road.
