Tulsi Ghat
Tulsi Ghat is a historic riverfront ghat on the Ganges in southern Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, named after poet-saint Goswami Tulsidas. Located south of Assi Ghat, it is where Tulsidas is believed to have lived and composed the Ramcharitmanas in the 16th century. The ghat features stone steps, temples, an akhara and Lolark Kund nearby, and is known for its quieter atmosphere compared to central ghats.
