Eri Katha Ramar Temple
Eri Katha Ramar Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Rama located in Madurantakam, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu, on the banks of the large Madurantakam Lake (Eri). Revered as one of the 108 Divya Desams, it is known for the legend that Lord Rama protected the lake bund from breaching. The temple exhibits Dravidian architecture with a tall gopuram and is historically associated with Chola and Vijayanagara periods.
