Coaker's Walk
Coaker's Walk is a 1-kilometre paved pedestrian promenade on the southern slopes of Kodaikanal in Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu. Constructed in 1872 by Lieutenant Coaker of the Royal Engineers, it runs along a steep ridge offering panoramic views of the Pambar Valley, Dolphin's Nose and the plains below. Noted for its telescope house, seasonal Brocken spectre phenomenon and valley vistas, it is one of Kodaikanal's most visited viewpoints near the town centre and Kodaikanal Lake.
