Phai Ve Mountain Flag Tower

Phai Ve Mountain Flag Tower is a prominent landmark atop Phai Ve Mountain in Vinh Trai Ward, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province. Built as a replica of the Hanoi Flag Tower, the 31.8-meter tower stands on an 80-meter-high hill offering panoramic views of Lang Son city. Inaugurated in 2017, it features four floors, a spiral staircase of 120 steps, and a large Vietnamese flag, serving as a patriotic symbol and popular viewpoint for visitors.

Visitors can expect a short uphill walk to the summit of Phai Ve Mountain followed by a climb up a 31.8-meter tower via a 120-step spiral staircase. The tower has four floors and an open viewing platform at the top flying a large national flag. From the summit, visitors get 360-degree panoramic views of Lang Son City, surrounding mountains, and urban areas. The site includes paved paths, stairs, and open plaza areas around the tower base.

Constructed from 2016 and inaugurated in March 2017, the tower was built as a replica of the Hanoi Flag Tower. It was developed as a commemorative landmark for Lang Son Province and stands on Phai Ve Mountain, a hill with historical associations in the city center.
