Maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India, it displays excavated artifacts from the 3000-1500 BCE Indus Valley settlement, including seals, beads, pottery, tools and inscriptions. The museum provides context to the extensive ruins and demonstrates the town planning, water management and craftsmanship of one of the largest Harappan sites in India.
