Galgibaga Beach

Galgibaga Beach is a secluded coastal stretch located in Canacona, South Goa, on the banks of the Galgibag River. It is officially designated as one of three Olive Ridley turtle nesting sites in Goa, with the northern portion protected by the Forest Department. The beach is known for its pristine golden-brown sand, lack of commercial shacks, and peaceful environment. Due to conservation efforts, infrastructure remains limited, preserving its natural state and making it distinct from more developed Goan beaches.
