Horizontal Falls
Horizontal Falls, known as Garaanngaddim, is a natural tidal phenomenon in Talbot Bay within the Buccaneer Archipelago in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Seawater forced through two narrow gaps in the McLarty Ranges creates horizontal waterfalls with height differences up to 4 metres during tidal changes of up to 10 metres. Described as a unique natural wonder, it is accessible only by seaplane and boat tours from Broome and Derby.
