Walpole-Nornalup National Park
Walpole-Nornalup National Park is a 19,000-hectare protected area on Western Australia's south coast between Walpole and Nornalup, about 400 km south of Perth. Established in 1957, it protects towering karri and endemic red tingle forests, including the Valley of the Giants, as well as the Nornalup Inlet and rugged coastline at Conspicuous Cliff. It forms the core of the Walpole Wilderness Area and is renowned for its ancient trees, biodiversity and scenic walks.
