Callington Mill
Callington Mill is a restored Georgian tower windmill located in Oatlands in the Southern Midlands of Tasmania. Built in 1837, it is the only fully operational Lincolnshire-type windmill in the Southern Hemisphere. The heritage-listed mill grinds flour using wind power and forms part of a precinct that includes a distillery, visitor centre and exhibition. It illustrates colonial milling technology and remains a landmark of Tasmania's Midlands heritage.
