Trowutta Caves State Reserve
Trowutta Caves State Reserve is a protected karst reserve near Trowutta in the Circular Head municipality of north-west Tasmania. It conserves an extensive limestone cave system, sinkholes and the prominent Trowutta Arch, a large natural limestone arch. Set within wet eucalypt forest and temperate rainforest, the reserve is largely undeveloped and managed for conservation and geoconservation, valued for its geological features and remote natural setting.
