Shaw + Smith
Shaw + Smith is a renowned winery and cellar door located at 138 Jones Road in Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, about 30 kilometres east of Adelaide. Established in 1989 by Master of Wine Michael Hill Smith and winemaker Martin Shaw, it is noted for pioneering cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Chardonnay in the region. The estate features vineyards, a contemporary tasting room and architecturally designed cellar door overlooking the hills.
