Victoria Square
Victoria Square/Tarntanyangga is the central public square in the heart of Adelaide, South Australia, forming the centre point of Colonel William Light's 1837 city plan. Bounded by King William Street and Wakefield, Flinders and Grote Streets, it features landscaped lawns, paved event spaces, the Three Rivers Fountain, and statues of Queen Victoria and other historical figures. It serves as a civic gathering place and major tram interchange.
