Hard Times Mine

Hard Times Mine is an underground mine tour attraction located at the Outback at Isa complex in Mount Isa, north-west Queensland. Built as a replica hard-rock mine, it offers guided tours that recreate the experience of working in Mount Isa's historic mines. Notable for its authentic tunnels, mining equipment and interpretive displays, it provides insight into the city's mining heritage since the 1923 discovery of ore and remains a key educational and tourism experience in the region.
