Sarina Sugar Shed
The Sarina Sugar Shed is a tourist attraction and working miniature sugar mill and distillery located in the Field of Dreams Parklands at Railway Square, Sarina, about 34 kilometres south of Mackay in Queensland. It is Australia's only small-scale sugar mill open to visitors, showcasing the region's sugar cane heritage. The facility offers guided tours demonstrating sugar and ethanol production, tastings of sugars, rums and liqueurs, and displays on the history of the local sugar industry.
