Cascade Brewery
Cascade Brewery is Australia's oldest operating brewery, located at 140 Cascade Road in South Hobart at the foothills of kunanyi / Mount Wellington. Established in 1824 by Peter Degraves, the heritage-listed sandstone complex is known for its historic buildings, landscaped gardens and working brewery. It offers guided tours, a bar and function spaces, and remains an iconic Tasmanian landmark combining industrial heritage, architecture and brewing tradition.
