DownsSteam Tourist Railway and Museum
DownsSteam Tourist Railway and Museum is a volunteer-run heritage railway and museum in Drayton, a suburb of Toowoomba, Queensland. Located at the historic Drayton railway precinct on Stephenson Street, it preserves and restores Queensland Railways steam locomotives and rolling stock. Notable for its restoration of C16 class locomotive No. 1069 'Pride of Toowoomba' and extensive collection of carriages, wagons and railway memorabilia, it offers insight into Darling Downs rail history.
