Grafton Jacarandas
Grafton Jacarandas refers to the extensive plantings of jacaranda trees throughout Grafton in the Clarence Valley, New South Wales. Known as the Jacaranda City, Grafton has more than 2,000 trees lining streets, parks and the Clarence River. Notable for their vivid purple blooms in late spring, the trees are the focus of the annual Grafton Jacaranda Festival, Australia's oldest floral festival, and a major seasonal attraction.
