Jorhat Gymkhana Club
The Gymkhana Club Heritage Grounds in Jorhat, Assam, is the historic Jorhat Gymkhana Club established in 1876 by British tea planters. Located on Gymkhana Road in central Jorhat, it is renowned for housing the oldest golf course in Asia and the third oldest in the world, a 9-hole course still in use. The grounds also include a heritage clubhouse, racecourse, and polo field, reflecting colonial-era leisure culture of Assam's tea industry.
