Gasworks Arts Park
Gasworks Arts Park is a heritage-listed arts precinct and public park in Albert Park, City of Port Phillip, Victoria, on the site of the former South Melbourne Gas Plant. Established in 1986, it combines remnant industrial structures with theatres, galleries, artist studios and landscaped parkland. It is notable for its adaptive reuse of 19th-century gasworks buildings, year-round exhibitions and performances, and community events including a monthly farmers market.
