Anderson Bridge
Anderson Bridge is a historic vehicular and pedestrian bridge spanning the Singapore River in the Downtown Core's Civic District. Completed in 1910 and named after Sir John Anderson, Governor of the Straits Settlements, it connects Empress Place to the Fullerton area near the river mouth. Notable for its distinctive steel arch structure with three arches, it was gazetted as Singapore's 73rd National Monument in 2019 and forms part of the Marina Bay waterfront heritage precinct.
