Rizal Boulevard
Rizal Boulevard is a historic seaside promenade in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, stretching along the eastern coastline facing the Bohol Sea and Tanon Strait. Named after national hero Jose Rizal, it is the city's most iconic public waterfront. Lined with acacia trees, lamp posts, restaurants and food stalls, it serves as a central gathering place for leisurely walks, sunset viewing and local street food.
