Danau Ranau

Danau Ranau is a large natural freshwater lake located in Banding Agung, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency, South Sumatra, on the border with Lampung. Formed by volcanic activity associated with Mount Seminung, it is the second-largest lake in Sumatra after Lake Toba. The lake is known for its clear water, central island Pulau Marisa, natural hot springs along its shores, and scenic mountain backdrop, serving as a major natural attraction in southern Sumatra.

Putrajaya Lake

Putrajaya Lake is a 650-hectare artificial lake in the centre of Putrajaya, Malaysia's federal administrative capital. Created by inundating the Sungai Chuau and Sungai Bisa valleys and completed in 2002, it was designed as a natural cooling system and recreational focal point. The lake encircles the Core Island where key government buildings stand and is bordered by waterfront promenades, bridges and parks, serving as the city's main scenic and leisure attraction.
