Tapak Tuan

Tapak Tuan is the capital town of South Aceh Regency on the southwest coast of Aceh, Sumatra, facing the Indian Ocean. It is best known for Pantai Tapak Tuan Tapa, a beach featuring a large footprint-shaped rock formation linked to the folklore of Tuan Tapa. The town serves as a coastal gateway with scenic beaches, small offshore islands, and surrounding hills, combining natural coastal scenery with a well-known local legend.
