Dong Tao Village (Dragon Chicken)

Dong Tao Village in Dong Tao Commune, Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province, is a traditional agricultural village famous as the origin of the rare Dong Tao chicken, also called Dragon Chicken. Located about 30 km southeast of Hanoi in the Red River Delta, the village is known for preserving this ancient breed distinguished by its thick, scaly legs. It offers visitors insight into rural Vietnamese farming heritage and specialty poultry breeding.
