Bat Trang Ceramic Village
Bat Trang Ceramic Village is a historic craft village in Bat Trang Commune, Gia Lam District, on the Red River about 13 km southeast of central Hanoi. Established over 700 years ago, it is Vietnam's most famous ceramics center, renowned for traditional pottery and porcelain. The village features family workshops, ancient kilns, showrooms, the Bat Trang Museum and a large ceramic market, preserving centuries-old techniques while serving as a major cultural and tourist destination near Hanoi.
