Yok Don National Park
Yok Don National Park is Vietnam's largest national park, spanning about 115,545 hectares across Dak Lak and Dak Nong provinces near the Cambodian border, about 40 km northwest of Buon Ma Thuot. Established in 1991-1992, it protects the country's largest remaining dry deciduous dipterocarp forest along the Srepok River. It is notable for its biodiversity, including Asian elephants, gaur, and diverse birdlife, and for its distinctive seasonal forest landscape.
