Kim Bong Carpentry Village

Kim Bong Carpentry Village is a traditional woodworking village located on Cam Kim Island across the Thu Bon River from Hoi An Ancient Town in Da Nang municipality, Vietnam. Established in the 15th century by craftsmen from northern Vietnam, it historically supplied woodwork, furniture and boats for the Hoi An trading port. Today it preserves carpentry heritage with family workshops producing furniture, sculptures and architectural details, offering visitors insight into centuries-old techniques and craft traditions.
