Do Temple (Den Do)
Do Temple (Den Do) is a historic temple complex in Dinh Bang Ward, Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province, about 20 km northeast of Hanoi. Originally built in 1030 and rebuilt in later centuries, it honors the eight emperors of the Ly Dynasty (1009-1225), notably Ly Thai To. Notable for traditional Vietnamese architecture, dragon-carved halls, stone steles and the annual Den Do Festival, it is ranked as a Special National Relic and major cultural pilgrimage site.
