Phrathat Nong Khai
Phrathat Nong Khai, also known as Phra That Klang Nam, is a ruined ancient Buddhist stupa submerged in the Mekong River at Mueang Nong Khai, Nong Khai Province, northeastern Thailand. Originally built on land, riverbank erosion caused it to collapse into the river in the 19th century. The brick chedi is visible above water during the dry season and is revered as a sacred relic site, viewed from the riverbank near Wat Lam Duan.
