Malakonda Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is a prominent Hindu hill temple dedicated to Lord Narasimha, an avatar of Vishnu, located on Malyadri Hill at Malakonda in Voletivaripalem Mandal, Andhra Pradesh.
