Statue of Equality
The Statue of Equality is a 216-foot (66-meter) metallic statue of the 11th-century Indian philosopher and social reformer Sri Ramanujacharya. Located in Muchintal on the outskirts of Hyderabad, it is the second tallest sitting statue in the world. The monument commemorates Ramanujacharya's teachings on equality and features replicas of 108 Divya Desams, a gold deity, and cultural facilities.
