Ashok Sagar

Ashok Sagar, formerly known as Jankampet Cheruvu, is a scenic artificial reservoir and eco-tourism destination located in Jankampet village near Nizamabad in Telangana. The lake features a landscaped rock garden spanning two acres, an octagonal restaurant, a swinging bridge, boating facilities, and a children's park. A prominent fifteen-foot marble statue of Goddess Saraswati stands in the middle of the water, making it a notable landmark.
