Pandukholi
Pandukholi is a historical and spiritual site situated at an elevation of 8,000 feet in the Dunagiri Hills near Dwarahat in Almora district, Uttarakhand. The place derives its name from 'Pandu' (Pandavas) and 'Kholi' (shelter), as it is believed to have been a refuge for the Pandava brothers during their exile. The site features ancient caves including the sacred Mahavatar Babaji Cave where Kriya Yoga was initiated in 1861, along with symbolic stone pillars representing the five Pandavas.
