Edulabad Water Reservoir

Edulabad Water Reservoir, also known as Lakshminarayana Cheruvu, is a large artificial lake located near Ghatkesar in the Medchal-Malkajgiri district of Telangana. Spanning approximately 5 square kilometers, it serves as a significant water storage facility and a popular spot for birdwatching and nature walks. The reservoir is home to over 150 species of birds and offers scenic views, particularly during sunrise and sunset. It is situated about 16 km from Secunderabad and is a favored destination for picnics and outdoor relaxation.
