Chitra Sabhai

Chitra Sabhai is a revered hall dedicated to Lord Nataraja located inside the Thirukutralanathar Temple complex at Courtallam in Tenkasi District, Tamil Nadu. It is one of the Pancha Sabhai, the five sacred dance halls of Shiva. Notable for its exquisite mural paintings, wooden architecture and intricate carvings, the hall depicts scenes of Shiva's cosmic dance and is an important pilgrimage and heritage site near the Courtallam waterfalls.
