Tungabhadra River Ghats

Tungabhadra River Ghats are stepped riverfront bathing ghats on the Tungabhadra River at Mantralayam in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh. Located adjacent to the Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, the ghats serve as the ritual bathing place for pilgrims before temple darshan. The wide, sandy riverbank with stone steps, bathing platforms and views across to Karnataka is notable for its religious use, scenic river setting and daily pilgrim activity.
