Al-Abrar Mosque
Al-Abrar Mosque (Masjid Al-Abrar) is a historic mosque located at 192 Telok Ayer Street in Chinatown, within the Outram planning area of Singapore. Originally a thatched hut built around 1827 by the Chulia community from South India, it was rebuilt as a brick building between 1850 and 1855. Gazetted as a National Monument in 1974, it is one of Singapore's earliest mosques and reflects South Indian Islamic architecture along the historic Telok Ayer waterfront.
