Bhandarej Baori
Bhandarej Baori, also known as Bara Baoli, is a five-storey stepwell constructed in 1732 in the town of Bhandarej in Dausa district, Rajasthan. This ancient water management structure exemplifies traditional Indian architectural style with exquisite carvings of birds and animals adorning its walls. The stepwell features arched windows, traditional paintings, courtyards, and shaded pavilions with latticed walls. It is believed to connect to the nearby Bhadrawati Palace through a secret tunnel.
