Lumphini Park
Lumphini Park is Bangkok's first public park, located in Lumphini Sub-district, Pathum Wan District in central Bangkok. Created in the 1920s on 142 acres (57.6 hectares) of royal land donated by King Rama VI, it is named after Lumbini, the birthplace of the Buddha. The park features an artificial lake, tree-lined paths, lawns, and a statue of King Rama VI, serving as the city's main green space for recreation and leisure.
