Hussainiwala Border Ceremony
The Hussainiwala Border Ceremony is a daily Beating Retreat ceremony held at the Hussainiwala Joint Check Post on the India-Pakistan border near Ferozepur, Punjab. Conducted by the Border Security Force, it involves synchronized drill, flag lowering and patriotic display. Located beside the National Martyrs Memorial, it is notable as a smaller, less crowded alternative to the Wagah ceremony and for its association with the memorial site.
