Pattiseema Veerabhadra Swamy Temple

Pattiseema Veerabhadra Swamy Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Veerabhadra, a fierce form of Lord Shiva, located on a small island in the Godavari River near Polavaram in Eluru district, Andhra Pradesh. Accessible only by boat, it is a revered Shaivite pilgrimage centre surrounded by river waters and scenic landscape. The temple is known for its tranquil island setting, religious importance and large gatherings during Maha Shivaratri.
