Dichpally Ramalayam
Dichpally Ramalayam is a 14th-century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Rama, located in Dichpally village of Nizamabad district, Telangana. Built by the Kakatiya kings using black and white basalt stone without mortar, it features intricate carvings resembling Khajuraho-style architecture. The temple sits on a hillock accessible via 105 steps and is surrounded by water during monsoons, creating an island-like appearance.
