Sita Gufa
Sita Gufa is a sacred cave shrine located in the Panchavati area of Nashik, Maharashtra. According to Hindu tradition and the Ramayana, it served as a refuge for Goddess Sita during Lord Rama's exile and is believed to be the site from which she was abducted by Ravana. The cave houses idols of Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana, along with an ancient Shivling. It remains a significant pilgrimage destination requiring visitors to navigate narrow, low passages.
