Prithvi Theatre

Prithvi Theatre is a non-profit performing arts venue located in Juhu, Mumbai, established in 1978 by Shashi Kapoor and Jennifer Kapoor. It serves as a memorial to Prithviraj Kapoor and promotes professional Hindi theatre through an intimate 200-seater auditorium with an octagonal thrust stage. The venue hosts over 640 shows annually in multiple languages and includes a bookshop and open-air café. It remains a significant cultural hub managed by the Kapoor family trust.
