Sethani Ghat

Sethani Ghat is a historic riverfront ghat on the south bank of the Narmada River at Narmadapuram (formerly Hoshangabad) in Madhya Pradesh. Built in the early 19th century by Janakibai Sethani, it is one of the largest ghats in India, extending for several hundred metres with broad stone steps. It is notable for its religious importance, colonial-era architecture, temples along the riverfront, and as the main venue for Narmada Jayanti celebrations.
